Therefore, we have prepared this agreement for users to fully comply with when using and dealing with the platform. We ask all of you to be aware that if any user violates this agreement or even any clause in it, it may result in the permanent suspension or blocking of the violating user's account from the Lafi platform.

Introduction
SECTION 1Please be informed that Lafi platform is a platform owned by Dukkan App for Information Technology Company, registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with commercial registration number 4030396188 and tax number 310412586600003 Every user of Lafi platform undertakes and commits to fully agree and comply with all the terms and conditions in this agreement. Every user also undertakes and commits to agree and comply with all terms and conditions that Lafi platform management may add to this agreement in the future.
Important Definitions
SECTION 2- •Platform: A term referring to Lafi platform, which is a platform that enables merchants to own a complete digital store for selling only digital products.
- •User: A term referring to the seller (merchant) or buyer present on one of the platform's stores.
- •Packages: A term for the packages provided by the platform to merchants (sellers). For more information about these packages, please visit the packages page on the platform.
- •Intellectual and Copyright Rights: A term for the rights that protect the platform's content and trademark from any violations.
Registration Terms
SECTION 3- •The user acknowledges being legally and legitimately qualified to create a personal account on the platform and must also be qualified to deal with the platform and subscribe to the available packages.
- •All users commit to providing us with all the data we need from them, provided that this data is 100% correct and accurate.
- •The user must be 18 years old to be able to use Lafi platform and create a personal account.
- •The user acknowledges that they will maintain the integrity of Lafi platform when starting to create a personal account.
Terms of Dealing with Lafi Platform
SECTION 4- •All users commit to using Lafi platform optimally so that such use does not cause any damage or losses to the platform.
- •All users undertake not to commit or direct any abuse towards any party on Lafi platform. Anyone who commits abuse or violation, we will take necessary legal measures to punish the violating user.
- •The merchant can subscribe to the suitable package to create their store and enjoy the many benefits provided by the subscribed package to easily sell digital products.
- •All users acknowledge not to use Lafi platform for any purposes that violate laws, any unethical purposes, or any purposes that contradict Islamic Sharia.
- •The user is fully responsible for maintaining the security of their personal account and must not disclose any account-related data to any party to avoid causing serious damage to their account.
Obligations of Sellers (Store Owners)
SECTION 5- •The seller acknowledges that the digital products they will display on the platform do not violate any intellectual property rights of third parties.
- •The seller acknowledges that all digital products they will display on the platform do not violate any laws or contradict Islamic Sharia.
- •The seller acknowledges that all digital products they will display on the platform will not cause any harm to any buyer.
- •The seller acknowledges that they will display digital products that they fully own.
- •The seller commits to setting correct and accurate prices for their digital products because any pricing error is solely borne by the seller, as well as any consequences resulting from this error.
Terms of Subscription to Platform Packages
SECTION 6- •The user must create a personal account on the platform to be able to purchase the suitable package.
- •The user commits to providing us with an active payment method they own to be able to subscribe to the platform packages.
- •The user must pay the package fees in advance. For more details about packages, please refer to the packages page available on the platform.
- •Please note that amounts paid for packages cannot be refunded after subscription.
- •Please note that packages are automatically renewed monthly if renewal fees are available.
Limits of Lafi's Liability
SECTION 7Lafi platform is responsible for enabling merchants to own a complete digital store to sell only digital products in exchange for their subscription to the packages displayed on the platform. This means the platform provides various services, for example, offering technical and software solutions and payment solutions that enable our service beneficiaries to benefit from digital commerce without any complications or difficulties. As for the merchant, they bear full responsibility for everything related to their store, including but not limited to: products in the store, pricing those products, delivering those digital products to buyers, and other matters related to the store.
Amendments, Additions, and Notices
SECTION 8- •Lafi platform implements any amendments, changes, or additions needed for this agreement at any time when Lafi platform management deems it important to implement for the platform. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly review this agreement to be consistently aware of anything we have implemented in our agreement.
- •We will work on sending a notice to users in case we implement anything important on the platform that we want to inform them about.
Disclaimer
SECTION 9- •Lafi platform fully and completely disclaims any responsibility for the user's use or misuse of the platform that results in any losses or damages to them.
- •If any user violates any applicable law resulting in that user being required to pay compensation, this user must pay these compensations without us bearing any responsibility for this violation.
- •Lafi platform is not responsible for any replacement or return requests from buyers. The responsibility for implementing these requests falls solely on the merchant.
- •Lafi platform fully disclaims any responsibility for the quality of digital products displayed by the seller.
Intellectual Property and Copyrights of Lafi Platform
SECTION 10- •It is prohibited to place, upload, or publish any viruses, harmful software, or destructive links on Lafi platform.
- •All types of content on Lafi platform are exclusively owned by Lafi platform, which is one of the platforms owned by Dukkan App for Information Technology Company.
- •Lafi platform owns a trademark that represents its ideal entity. Therefore, it is completely prohibited to use this trademark without obtaining written approval from Lafi platform management.
